1. Ordering Products: Products can be ordered online by sending an e-mail to us on  info@arribaspa.co.za or contacting us on 021 979 0267/ 082 755 1707. 2. Payment: Products can be paid for by credit card, direct deposit or an electronic transfer. Proof of payment must be emailed. 3. Dispatch of Products: Products are only dispatched and delivered on weekdays between 8am and 5pm. 4. Delivery Options: Please note that postage costs stipulated below are just an estimate. Postage will be quoted on after you have placed an order. Estimates: Delivery can be made by using the normal postal system through the SA Post Office (at an extra cost of R35) or speed services, counter to counter option at the extra cost of R75.00 for up to 2kg. Products can also be couriered to the following major centres: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth and George.  All other areas are R95.00 per delivery. 5. Delivery times: Same day delivery is not possible. Delivery in the major centres will take between 1-2 days using the courier option. Delivery to other centres will be within 3 days using the courier option. Delivery time using the SA Postal Service cannot be guaranteed but a guideline of 5 to 10 days can be used. 6. Administrative Cost: An administrative fee of 5% per transaction will be added. 7. Cancellations prior to dispatch: Cancellations made prior to dispatch of the product is subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total product value. 8. All products will be shipped in discreet packaging.
