1. Ordering a gift certificate: Gift Certificates can be ordered online by sending an e-mail to us on info@arribaspa.co.za or contacting us on 021 979 0267/ 082 755 1707. 2. Payment: Gift Certificates can be paid for by credit card, direct deposit or an electronic transfer. Proof of payment must be emailed. 3. Dispatch of Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are only dispatched and delivered on weekdays between 8am and 5pm. 4. Delivery Options: Delivery can be made by using the normal postal system through the SA Post Office (at an extra cost of R10) or speed services, counter to counter option at the extra cost of R25.00. Certificates can also be couriered at an extra cost of R45.00 to the following major centres: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth and George. All other areas are R95.00 per delivery. 5. Delivery times: Same day delivery is not possible. Delivery in the major centres will take between 1-2 days using the courier option. Delivery to other centres will be within 3 days using the courier option. Delivery time using the SA Postal Service cannot be guaranteed but a guideline of 5 to 10 days can be used. 6. More than one Certificate: Should you wish to buy more than one gift certificate with different addresses, please send us the separate addresses and we will ensure that each recipient receive their gift certificate as stipulated by yourself. 7. Administrative Cost: An administrative fee of 5% per transaction will be added. 8. Cancellations prior to dispatch: Cancellations made prior to dispatch of the certificate is subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total certificate value. 9. Cancellations after dispatch: Cancellation made after the dispatch of the voucher is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 10.
